Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks essential to the role, including but not limited to managing daily operations, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve challenges, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify opportunities for optimization, and report findings to senior leadership. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth through mentorship, training, and constructive feedback.

Assist in gathering data for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) initiatives spanning all thematic programs, projects, and operational departments.

Guarantee the precision and reliability of data to support robust monitoring and evaluation of the institutional strategic objectives.

Support the evaluation of data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments.

Aid in refining the Reporting Matrix to accurately capture and display the advancement of diverse projects within the ERP system.

Support the preparation and compilation of reports derived from collected data, while monitoring the progress and outcomes of programs, projects, and functional departments to ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic objectives.

Ensure that outcomes and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions are presented with clarity and coherence.

Execute additional duties as required, including but not limited to ad-hoc assignments, special projects, or changing priorities outlined by management.

Seeking candidates with a proven track record in relevant fields, possessing strong analytical abilities, and demonstrating proficiency in [specific tools, software, or methodologies]. Applicants must exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven capability to work autonomously while concurrently overseeing and prioritizing multiple assignments with efficiency and precision.

Proficiency in utilizing the ERP System for managing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) data is considered a valuable asset.
