A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or auditing is essential, including hands-on proficiency with financial modeling, variance analysis, and risk assessment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial, along with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation. Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and financial software is mandatory, alongside robust experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau. A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a closely related discipline is required.

Proficiency in production planning, quality management systems, and adherence to safety regulations is required.
Skilled in utilizing ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools is required.
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, process optimization techniques, and adherence to ISO standards would be beneficial to the role.

Production Operations & Planning: Responsible for managing daily paint manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, resource allocation, batching, mixing, grinding, tinting, and packaging, while ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
Quality, Safety & Process Improvement: Uphold stringent adherence to quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and manufacturing guidelines, while championing continuous improvement, minimizing waste, and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Lead, supervise, and organize production teams while collaborating closely with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, QA, and supply chain departments to guarantee optimal equipment utilization and adherence to maintenance standards.
Monitoring plant productivity, downtime, KPIs, and operational performance is essential, alongside the preparation of production and management reports to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
