Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this position. A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience is mandatory, preferably in a senior or leadership role. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific software or methodologies will be advantageous.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative Business, Community Development, Disaster Risk Management, Sustainable Development, or a closely related field, earned from The Co-operative University of Kenya.
You must reside in one of the counties designated for the study.
You must have access to either a smartphone or a tablet.
Proficiency in the primary language used in the study area is essential.
Must commit to full attendance throughout the duration of the training program and data collection phase.
Prior experience as an enumerator would be beneficial.
