.Responsibilities
To uphold adherence with customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and customer education regarding top-ups, it is essential to maintain rigorous compliance.
Partners with the Line Manager to design, implement, and track sales initiatives within the designated territory.
Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during the acquisition and onboarding stages.
Recovery of devices from customers who fail to adhere to established compliance standards.
We deliver first-line support by diagnosing and resolving customer issues on-site.
Customer issues that cannot be resolved at the initial support tier will be escalated for further investigation and resolution. This involves analyzing the problem, identifying root causes, and coordinating with higher-level support teams or specialized departments as needed to ensure timely and effective solutions. The role requires clear communication with both customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth issue resolution.
Investigation and resolution of escalated network-related incidents are essential duties, requiring swift identification of underlying issues and implementation of corrective measures to restore optimal system performance. This role involves analyzing complex network anomalies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose faults, and ensuring minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and effective communication of technical details to stakeholders. Proficiency in network protocols, diagnostic tools, and incident management procedures is required, along with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and adhere to established escalation protocols.
Collate daily metrics to track target accomplishments comprehensively, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of progress against established goals.
Monitor and analyze monthly trends in designated markets to identify key developments and opportunities.
Develop dashboards to be reviewed on a weekly basis.
Ad-hoc reports will be prepared as and when the need arises.
Track and document competitor actions and developments systematically, providing timely assessments and insights to inform strategic decision-making processes.
Deliver actionable customer insights, recommend tailored products and services that precisely align with individual needs, and ensure a seamless fit between client requirements and available solutions.
Develop and oversee in-person marketing campaigns, including road shows, estate visits, and mall activations, ensuring seamless execution and maximum engagement.
Qualifications
A requisite qualification includes a graduate degree or a Diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent credential.
Proficiency in current telecom and fixed wireless developments represents a beneficial qualification.
With a minimum of one year of experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the telecommunications sector (though this is not a strict requirement), candidates should be well-prepared to engage with clients and drive revenue growth.
Commercial acumen involves a deep understanding of the competitive environment, including the range of products and services offered, pricing structures, and commission frameworks.
Tech-savvy professionals should possess a comprehensive understanding of solutions spanning both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
