Responsibilities
Collaborate in the execution of Manufacturing Excellence (Manx) initiatives throughout factory operations.
Support the facilitation and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaiden initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Conduct an in-depth examination of production and operational data to pinpoint inefficiencies and uncover potential avenues for enhancement.
Develop and maintain dynamic reports and interactive dashboards leveraging Power BI and Microsoft technologies to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable business insights.
Lead problem-solving initiatives and facilitate targeted improvement workshops to drive effective resolutions and enhancements.
Facilitate the execution of factory digital transformation projects by leading the implementation of advanced digital factory systems and applications.
Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Safety, and other interdepartmental teams to achieve shared objectives.
You will support the monitoring of manufacturing facility performance indicators and key operational metrics to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met.
Advocate for and implement leading strategies in waste minimization, workflow enhancement, and operational productivity to drive continuous improvement across organizational processes.
Attend daily, weekly, and operational review meetings to actively contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.
Requirements
A relevant technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and develop actionable solutions through structured reasoning and critical evaluation.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excel skills, is essential for this role.
Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools is required.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
