We are seeking a strategic professional to design and implement robust sales strategies for our complete product range, including Ballast, Aggregates, Ca bros, Building Blocks, Asphalt Concrete, and Precast items.
Leverage strategic initiatives to uncover and establish valuable business prospects within the construction, real estate, and public infrastructure industries.
Account Management: Cultivate and sustain durable partnerships with contractors, developers, transporters, educational institutions, and corporate clients to foster mutual growth and collaboration.
Market Intelligence: Track regional developments, competitor pricing strategies, and shifts in customer demand to sustain Stone field’s position as the industry leader.
Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through mentorship and coaching to ensure sustained achievement of revenue goals.
Prepare sales forecasts, departmental budgets, and monthly performance reports with precision to support senior management in making informed decisions.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to guarantee on-time deliveries and achieve complete client satisfaction.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of three to five years of sales management experience is required, with a focus on quarry, construction materials, cement, or manufacturing industries.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in the Kenyan construction sector and the building materials’ industry.
Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of effectively guiding a sales team to achieve targets in demanding, fast-paced settings.
Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite applications and practical experience utilizing customer relationship management systems.
Exceptional proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal interactions is required.
A valid driver’s license is highly beneficial for this position.
