Description

The Facilities Supervisor oversees the complete management of our BPO office environment, ensuring it operates safely, securely, and efficiently in accordance with PCI DSS v4.0 standards and the prescribed Operating Manual. This position involves supervising physical security protocols, coordinating contractor activities, managing staff transportation services, and overseeing catering operations to maintain seamless 24/7 BPO functionality.

Manages and oversees daily operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and in accordance with established policies. Implements strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Supervises a team, delegating tasks effectively to maximize while maintaining quality standards. Monitors performance metrics, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions as needed. Collaborates with other departments to align goals and foster seamless cross-functional communication. Maintains compliance with industry regulations and organizational guidelines. Prepares reports, analyzes data, and presents insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.

The role involves overseeing physical security measures and managing access control systems to ensure the protection of personnel, assets, and facilities. Requirements

Requires demonstrated expertise in facilities or security management, ideally within a BPO or PCI-regulated setting.

Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Kenya’s Data Protection Act and Public Health Act, specifically as they pertain to food handling regulations.

Proficient in operating and administering security systems, including CCTV and biometric solutions, along with providing general oversight for facility maintenance tasks.
