Our esteemed client within the Telecommunications industry requires the services of a Direct Sales Agent (DSA) to join their dynamic team.

Job Purpose

To responsibly promote and distribute company offerings to a diverse customer base with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

The position must operate in strict accordance with established financial controls, processes, and policies governing retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue by meeting predetermined sales targets for airtime, customer acquisitions, and devices.

Monitor Welkom’s inventory levels and consignment stock to ensure precise tracking of inventory movements and physical stock on a daily basis.

Oversee the daily cash float and ensure accurate accounting of daily sales transactions.

Drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience to ultimately boost sales performance. Collaborate across departments to execute tailored improvement plans and ensure seamless implementation of best practices.

Provide expert technical assistance to customers, focusing primarily on the setup and configuration of data devices.
