Job Summary

We seek a seasoned and polished Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Group CEO of a prominent organization in the energy industry.

The ideal candidate will act as the Group CEO’s key strategic partner, overseeing executive alignment, comprehensive reporting, stakeholder relations, and international travel coordination across diverse markets—particularly those within Francophone regions.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless organizational functionality. Manage and coordinate core business processes, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance optimization. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration, fostering alignment and synergy across teams. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, compliance, and governance. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving informed decision-making. By facilitating clear, consistent dialogue between internal teams and external partners, the position drives cohesive decision-making and project success while addressing diverse stakeholder needs and concerns.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Group CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee executive communications by organizing and prioritizing tasks to guarantee prompt follow-ups.

Compose, refine, and localize sophisticated correspondence, reports, and presentations in both French and English.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with at least five years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the [industry/field].
