Oversee a diverse range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Develop and implement policies that align with company goals while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to streamline processes, resolve complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, guidance, and support to maintain alignment with business priorities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards while promoting best practices across all functions. Additionally, mentor team members to enhance their professional growth and contribute to a high-performing, results-driven environment.

Direct the operations of a service team by providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional training programs, optimizing staff schedules, and upholding high performance standards.

Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery and consistently uphold Arcade’s elevated standards.

Create a hospitable environment by actively interacting with guests and addressing their concerns with professionalism.

Partner with the culinary and leadership teams to maintain seamless operations and consistently deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests.

Support inventory management, stock control, and procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards must be maintained at all times.

Support the Restaurant Manager by executing initiatives to boost revenue and elevate the overall guest experience.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, system administration, or IT support. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with databases like SQL or NoSQL. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and troubleshoot technical issues.

A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field is highly desirable.

Minimum of three to five years of leadership experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting is required.

Proven leadership capability to inspire and cultivate high-performing, diverse teams through motivation and professional growth initiatives.

Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with a strong aptitude for resolving challenges effectively.

Proficiency in POS/ERP systems, such as Micros, is considered advantageous.

Must be available to work varied shifts, encompassing weekends and holidays, as required by the position.
