Position Description
We seek consultant expertise to conceptualize, develop, and execute sustainable urban development initiatives. These professionals will lead or support the creation of data collection instruments, conduct data collection efforts, perform analysis, compile reports, and facilitate knowledge-sharing. Consultants must demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing evaluations, assessments, and research within these domains. Prior experience in capacity-building initiatives is advantageous. Additionally, we welcome specialists who can serve as subject-matter experts for review teams, offering deep experience and competence in the specified fields.

Designing and implementing diverse studies, assessments, and mixed-methods evaluations—including performance and impact assessments—is a key responsibility of this role.
Responsible for managing the implementation of a variety of mixed-methods evaluations—including effectiveness and performance assessments—along with analyses and evaluations.
A strong foundation in statistics, sampling methodologies, analytical tools, and data validation processes is required to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data management and analysis.
Developing and finalizing comprehensive assessment reports constitutes a core responsibility of this role.
Proficient in executing participatory data collection methods and protocols while applying systems thinking principles to design evaluations. Capable of leading collaborative exercises focused on data validation, interpretation, and analysis.
Developing and delivering comprehensive educational programs focused on logical frameworks and transformation theory remains the core responsibility of this role.
Enhancing the team’s proficiency in assessment and development initiatives forms a critical component of this role.
Developing and implementing programs in any of the designated industries is a core responsibility.
Seasoned in securing and deploying financial resources, with a proven ability to attract investment capital.
Proven track record in enhancing the capabilities of organizations tasked with urban infrastructure planning, design, and development.

Exceptional ability to deliver training sessions and facilitate productive group discussions.
