We are currently seeking an Assistant Baker to join a bakery situated in Eastleigh.

Provide support for foundational baking preparation tasks as needed.

Assist the baker throughout the production phases, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Ensure all baking equipment, utensils, and workstations are cleaned thoroughly.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bakery area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Prepare and manage ingredients and supplies as required.

Provide assistance with the packaging and organization of baked goods as needed.

Maintain strict adherence to established food safety and hygiene standards throughout all operational activities.

Perform any additional tasks as directed within the scope of bakery operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in software development, particularly in Python, is essential. Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.

Required is prior experience in a bakery or kitchen setting.
