Job Purpose Statement

The Manager, Server and Storage is tasked with assessing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure to align with the Bank’s long-term strategic objectives. This position guarantees uninterrupted infrastructure availability to support business continuity while managing data center operations in strict compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the role facilitates virtual environments, oversees backup and restoration procedures, develops business continuity plans (BCP), and administers SAN storage infrastructure. Close coordination with the Information Security team is critical to enforce policies and protocols that optimize server and storage efficiency, capacity utilization, and performance monitoring.

Oversee critical account functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations. Deliver strategic leadership in managing key accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and sustainable growth. Develop and execute tailored account plans to maximize revenue opportunities and client satisfaction. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Develop and execute the Storage, Backup, and Recovery strategy in alignment with the overarching Business Strategy.

Provide assistance in implementing and maintaining the Storage, Backup, and Recovery architectural framework across the entire organization.

Work collaboratively with internal staff and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities, system support, and infrastructure upgrades for the Bank.
