Responsible for creating and updating program schedules using Primavera P6 across various engineering disciplines, including civil, structural, MEP, and architectural.
Conduct critical path analysis, evaluate schedule compression options, and perform delay analysis. Additionally, generate earned value management (EVM) reports that include CPI/SPI tracking and visual traffic-light dashboards.
Conduct on-site evaluations to monitor progress and ensure project milestones are met. Oversee and coordinate the activities of contractors and consultants to maintain alignment with project objectives and standards.
Oversee and manage contractual agreements throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and organizational policies.
Perform comprehensive what-if scenario evaluations to assess procurement sequencing, resource allocation optimization, and logistical planning strategies.
Compose technical memoranda and concise briefing documents adhering to established international program management standards.
Within ERP Next, oversee project controls, and leverage Google Workspace for document management while integrating AI-augmented workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What We Are Looking For
A recognized Kenyan university degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture (B.Sc./B.Eng.) is required, as domain expertise forms the cornerstone of effective planning.
Candidates will face comprehensive aptitude assessments designed to evaluate abstract reasoning, numerical analysis, and critical thinking skills. Stringent benchmarks are established to ensure alignment with the elevated standards demanded by our global clientele.
Technical proficiency is required in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with demonstrated competence in data-driven analysis and spreadsheet modeling. The ability to clearly communicate project management challenges and implement practical construction activities through the development of Money-Ready Plans—covering technical, cost, logistics, and quality aspects—is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage relationships with both internal teams and external contractors.
