Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, allocating resources effectively to optimize performance. Manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and professional growth. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and take corrective actions as needed to drive continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment with company goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, mitigating risks and upholding organizational integrity.

Install and deploy network security software solutions to support proof-of-concept initiatives and client implementations.

Facilitate seamless customer deployments spanning both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructures.

Oversee the administration and upkeep of demo environments, guaranteeing their stability, currency, and alignment with the latest product features.

Facilitate technical onboarding initiatives, ensuring customers receive comprehensive guidance through the setup process and initial product adoption stages.

Engage in virtual client consultations to assess technical specifications, provide guidance on implementation strategies, and resolve technical challenges.

Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues by conducting thorough debugging, examining system logs, and coordinating with internal teams to implement effective solutions.

Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product Management, Delivery, and Engineering teams to guarantee positive customer outcomes.

Requirements:

Possesses a minimum of two years of practical expertise in network administration, with a strong emphasis on network security protocols and measures.

Requires proven expertise in customer-facing sales, customer success, or account management, with direct engagement in client interactions.

Demonstrates a solid grasp of core networking principles, such as TCP/IP protocols, HTTP/HTTPS communication, browser-server interactions, routing mechanisms, firewall configurations, and security policy frameworks.

Seeking professionals with practical expertise in implementing and managing firewall solutions and security protocols from industry-leading vendors, including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, or Check Point.

A networking or security certification such as CCNA or equivalent is highly desirable, with preferred credentials including Compton Network+, Compton Security+, Huawei CIA, Juniper INDIA, or comparable qualifications.

Must exhibit rapid learning capabilities, proactively take on tasks, and facilitate technical discussions with professionalism.

Nice to haves:

Proficiency on Linux is essential, including the ability to deploy and configure a Linux server independently, adjust system date, time, and networking settings, install and maintain packages, and perform foundational disk configuration and administration tasks.

Proficiency in at least one leading cloud platform, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), is required.

Proficiency in the foundational concepts of Docker and Kubernetes is required.
