Collaborate closely with the records management team to oversee the scanning, filing, and labeling of YE FFA supporting documentation, guaranteeing precise retrieval, adherence to archival standards, and a favorable audit outcome for the Program Finance function.
Program Finance Officers receive assistance in addressing donor resubmission and compliance rectification requirements, involving the preparation of follow-up correspondence to country teams and submitters to facilitate the prompt resolution of pending documentation queries.
