The department is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. It ensures alignment of workforce strategies with organizational goals, fosters a positive workplace culture, and addresses employee concerns or disputes in a timely and fair manner. The team also manages payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and HR policy implementation to support both employees and leadership in maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Seeking a dedicated professional to oversee recruitment initiatives and streamline the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Responsibilities include sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, facilitating orientation sessions, and coordinating documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR best practices and a proactive approach to improving recruitment and onboarding efficiency are essential.

Coordinate recruitment initiatives by creating job postings, reviewing applicant submissions to identify top candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and verifying candidate backgrounds through reference checks.

Draft employment agreements and orientation materials as part of the onboarding process.

Orient new employees through structured onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the organization.

Responsible for managing employee records and overseeing HR administrative functions, this role ensures accurate documentation of personnel data, maintains compliance with relevant regulations, and supports daily HR operations. Key responsibilities include processing employee information, updating records, handling confidential data with discretion, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures. Proficiency in HR software and strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. Attention to detail and adherence to company policies and legal requirements are critical to success in this position.

Ensure the integrity and precision of employee records and HR databases are upheld at all times.

Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for personnel documents and statutory records to ensure compliance and accessibility.

Compile comprehensive HR reports encompassing metrics such as workforce headcount, leave balances, absenteeism trends, and employee turnover statistics.

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining strict adherence to statutory compliance requirements. Manages employee compensation, tax deductions, and benefits administration with precision. Ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including income tax withholdings, social security contributions, and other mandatory deductions. Collaborates with HR and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain audit-ready records. Stays updated on evolving labor laws and regulatory changes to mitigate risks and ensure organizational compliance.

Compile attendance, overtime, and leave data to assist in payroll preparation.

Ensure adherence to Kenyan statutory regulations and legal obligations in all operational activities.
