Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, managing cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop and deploy automations and intelligent agents designed to enhance operational efficiency and productivity for both internal teams and customer-facing personnel.

Maintain the operational integrity and performance of the AI tooling infrastructure to ensure seamless scalability in conjunction with the expanding user base of over 2,500 employees.

To maintain expertise in rapidly evolving AI landscapes, actively monitor and assess new tools and technologies, distinguishing between transient trends and genuinely impactful innovations.

Assist in enhancing AI training methodologies for various departments within the organization, with a focus on collaborating with Engineering teams.

The role requires proficiency in various technical environments, including cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and DevOps practices. A strong grasp of programming languages, such as Python or Java, is essential, along with experience in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IAC). Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging systems, and security best practices is also necessary. The position demands the ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

We seek expertise in advanced AI and agentic frameworks, including Claude, Claude Code, Anthropic tooling, Lang Chain, MCP, and Google ADK—or comparable agentic solutions.

Automation and Prototyping: Responsibilities include developing scripting solutions, designing workflow tools, leveraging AI-assisted development techniques, and implementing rapid prototyping solutions using platforms such as Tercel and Railway.

We specialize in developing and maintaining enterprise tooling solutions, including identity automation systems such as Entry, internal platform integrations, and tools like Notion and HiBob.
