Oversee the comprehensive execution of assigned duties, ensuring adherence to established protocols and organizational objectives. Monitor for fraudulent activities and irregularities by overseeing transactions, merchant behavior, and ATM operations, with a focus on detecting suspicious or anomalous patterns. Investigate transactions that have been flagged for review and promptly address any identified fraud risks or potential scams to mitigate financial losses and protect customer assets.

Merchant & Third-Party Oversight: Monitor merchant and third-party agent activities by evaluating transactions, operational processes, online platforms, product offerings, and service deliveries to verify adherence to regulatory requirements and scheme guidelines.

Monitor compliance and mitigate risks by overseeing merchant screening and payment intelligence alerts, assisting in fraud investigations, documenting suspicious activities, and offering strategic recommendations to minimize fraud, chargebacks, and operational exposures—all while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards.

Ensure the precision and integrity of data entered into acquisition systems while meticulously documenting records and reports of suspicious activities and investigation results.

Collaborate with internal departments and external industry organizations to gather essential information, deliver expert guidance on fraud and chargeback management, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry reporting requirements.
