Oversee designated operational functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards. Install, configure, commission, and maintain microwave radios, LTE/GSM equipment, and additional telecom infrastructure at tower and rooftop sites as required.

Perform Physical Acceptance Tests (PAT) and comprehensive site quality inspections on newly installed equipment and infrastructure to ensure compliance with specified standards and requirements.

Conduct routine and remedial maintenance on telecom equipment to sustain optimal network availability and high service standards.

Perform diagnostic assessments and replacement procedures for malfunctioning radio, transmission, and power systems at tower and rooftop installations.

Conduct network optimization efforts, encompassing drive tests, signal analysis, fault diagnostics, and performance enhancement initiatives.

Oversee the upkeep and operation of critical electrical infrastructure such as rectifiers, battery units, diesel engine generators (DEG), power distribution networks, grounding systems, and site-level electrical protection mechanisms.

Oversee site electrical installations to verify adherence to electrical engineering standards and safety protocols.

Perform routine inspections and upkeep of tower and rooftop infrastructure, ensuring thorough assessments of rust management, grounding system integrity, and structural integrity.

Perform comprehensive site evaluations, technical analyses, and feasibility investigations to support network expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancements.

Assist in executing network upgrades, modernization initiatives, and the integration of new technologies to enhance infrastructure performance.

Compile maintenance reports, incident reports, acceptance documentation, and operational records with precision and punctuality.

Oversee daily operations, deliver hands-on technical guidance, mentor staff, and assign tasks to reporting technicians to maintain seamless field performance and adherence to established protocols.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Essential competencies encompass strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in industry-standard software, and excellent organizational skills. Candidates must demonstrate effective communication and teamwork capabilities, along with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes is also required.

Hold a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.

Requires a minimum of two to three years of hands-on experience in telecom field operations, radio systems, or network maintenance.

Proficiency in installing, commissioning, and maintaining microwave radio systems and LTE/GSM equipment is required, along with practical experience in these areas.
