Your mission:
This position involves overseeing the account management of designated re-seller accounts and fostering relationships with key clients to drive sales growth within Epsom’s product portfolio.
What you will do:
Oversee the management of designated non ‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts.
Deliver measurable results by surpassing the established Key Performance Indicators, including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.
Cold calling is utilized to engage reseller suspects, with a focus on leveraging promotions and campaigns as initial points of interest. The role involves assessing and verifying prospects, evaluating the strength of each lead, and guiding them through the sales process until final closure. Additionally, collaboration with other departments is essential to facilitate and secure the sale.
Tasked with driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize customer value from our product portfolio.
Actively supporting resellers in attaining their rebates under partner programs while verifying that partners are enrolled in the most suitable program to align with Epsom’s objectives and enhance their business profitability.
Striving to elevate accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status, the position focuses on driving growth and optimizing performance through strategic initiatives and targeted outreach. This role requires a proactive approach to account management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while fostering long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include implementing tailored strategies to enhance account value, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a dynamic environment.
To maintain the integrity of sales projections, consistently identify and nurture potential opportunities, ensuring they are accurately recorded and regularly updated in the forecasting system.
Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding significant opportunities to guarantee inventory availability.
Attend various shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings as needed, serving as an Epsom representative.
Potential candidates for Plus Silver accreditation can be identified by assessing existing resellers.
