Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company standards. Uphold compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity.

Ensure the precision of attendance records, overtime calculations, leave data, and employee information as part of payroll processing support.

Offer consistent human resources assistance tailored to operational needs.

Responsible for ensuring the meticulous organization and upkeep of employee records, attendance logs, leave histories, and all HR-related documentation.

Track employee attendance, absenteeism, and overtime while overseeing shift schedules in collaboration with supervisors.

Support recruitment functions by managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Provide support in managing employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Responsible for overseeing the distribution, monitoring, replacement, and meticulous documentation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all employees.

Collaborate effectively with operations and safety teams to guarantee adherence to PPE and workplace safety protocols among employees.

Maintain adherence to organizational policies, labor legislation, safety standards, and established workplace protocols.

Compile and deliver comprehensive HR reports, ensuring management receives relevant and up-to-date workforce data in a timely manner.

Facilitate effective employee communication while overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing staff welfare.

Engage in initiatives focused on performance management and enhancing employee engagement.

Collaborate directly with departmental supervisors to resolve workforce planning requirements and address manpower needs effectively.

Collaborate on the execution of HR initiatives while enhancing existing HR processes through ongoing improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of relevant work experience are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting is critical. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of their work.

A bachelor’s or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

Professional HR certification, including CHRP(K), HRM, or an equivalent qualification, would be considered a valuable asset.

A minimum of three years of Human Resources experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in manufacturing, industrial, or high-paced operational environments.

Proficient in Kenyan labor legislation and established human resources best practices.

Demonstrated proficiency in administrative operations and meticulous organizational abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.

Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel, alongside experience with HR systems, is required.
