As the pivotal Commercial Partner within the Franchise & Bottling System, you will spearhead the seamless integration of the Commercial Strategy and its operational levers into our comprehensive end-to-end processes, plans, and strategic frameworks across the Franchise. Serving as the central figure in the Commercial System, you will champion transformative strategic commercial innovation and thought leadership. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure commercial considerations are fully embedded in marketing strategies and initiatives.

Drive and champion the unified Commercial strategy within the Franchise & Bottling ecosystem, fostering seamless end-to-end integration across all touchpoints.
Develop and implement the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise in close collaboration with both the Franchise and Bottler teams to create comprehensive and actionable support strategies.
Establish and execute quarterly Commercial Priorities within the Franchise framework to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Position the BBM model to align with the franchise strategy, establishing an optimal pack architecture that adapts to evolving market conditions while utilizing the On Demand Hub to implement meaningful scenarios and solutions.
As the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, you will serve as the Franchise GM’s trusted right hand, providing strategic guidance and driving commercial excellence.
Attract and secure top-tier talent to fulfill the strategic priorities outlined in the “On Demand Hub,” including Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital initiatives.
Deliver commercial expertise and endorsement for all marketing campaigns and Picture of Success, ensuring seamless integration into marketing strategies and operational frameworks.
Deliver strategic commercial guidance across Commercial Strategies, including ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium, to validate that plans and approaches align with market demands.
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Responsibilities include producing and submitting all required deliverables punctually and in adherence to established quality standards, ensuring alignment with project timelines and stakeholder expectations. This role demands meticulous attention to detail to verify deliverables meet predefined specifications, as well as proactive communication with team members to address any discrepancies or revisions promptly. Additionally, the incumbent must document the completion of each deliverable for internal tracking and reporting purposes, maintaining a transparent record of progress and outcomes.
Devise and oversee the execution of the Commercial Strategy specifically for the ABP market.
Spearhead the strategic commercial initiatives within the franchise or market to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and maximize revenue potential.
Drive commercial priorities forward each quarter while ensuring the appropriate resources are strategically allocated to maximize end-to-end market impact.
Collaborate effectively with the Franchise team to meet and exceed established business and commercial performance targets.
Utilize the Affordability, Premium, and RGM X team to address critical business challenges and opportunities, thereby expediting business growth and enhancing competitive dynamics.
Deliver commercial insights and final approval for all marketing campaigns and success metrics.

Additionally, it entails driving performance discussions and collaboration with senior leaders in the Bottler network.
External: Engaging with senior leadership teams of major clients, influential advisors, and other key stakeholders to drive forward and ensure the successful execution of critical business development initiatives within the market.
Experience
With over a decade of leadership experience in Commercial, you possess extensive expertise in Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Segmentation, Route to Market, and Negotiation.
Demonstrates a consistent ability to achieve outstanding results through meticulous planning, efficient execution, and reliable follow-through.
Demonstrates exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities coupled with strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing proficiencies.
Professionally preferred are candidates with prior experience in Bottling Systems, franchise operations, and/or Commercial environments.
