Responsibilities include configuring switches, routers, and firewalls, as well as monitoring network traffic to identify and resolve anomalies. REQUIREMENTS
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field, or those who possess equivalent hands-on experience.
ERP implementation expertise, along with strong support and usage capabilities, is required.
A CCNA certification is preferred, while an GCSE certification or equivalent experience is mandatory.
Requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in IT support roles.
Proven expertise in technical management, data analysis, and proficiency in both hardware and software systems is essential.
Proven proficiency in data management and governance practices is essential.
Proficient in applying agile project management methodologies with a strong emphasis on iterative development, continuous improvement, and adaptive planning to deliver high-quality results efficiently. Capable of leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and prioritizing tasks through frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Experienced in managing evolving requirements, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely project completion while maintaining alignment with stakeholder expectations and organizational goals.
Proven expertise in deploying, configuring, and administering both wired and wireless local area networks (LAN’s) as well as firewall systems is required.
