KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
The primary Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System plays a pivotal role in the Franchise. This position is responsible for embedding the Commercial Strategy and its levers into our end-to-end processes, plans, and strategies to generate shared system value. Serving as the key Commercial System advocate and collaborator, the role drives innovative strategic commercial leadership. Additionally, the position partners closely with Marketing to ensure the seamless integration of commercial considerations into marketing plans.

Lead the integrated Commercial strategy within the Franchise & Bottling ecosystem, fostering seamless end-to-end integration to drive cohesive performance across the entire value chain.
Develop and implement the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise in close collaboration with both the franchise team and bottler to establish comprehensive support strategies.
Set quarterly priorities in alignment with the Commercial Priorities for the Franchise, ensuring strategic alignment and execution.
Deliver the optimal BBM model tailored to the Franchise, establishing and maintaining the appropriate pack architecture while dynamically adjusting to market conditions. Utilize the “On Demand Hub” to create compelling scenarios and solutions that drive meaningful impact.
Serve as the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, functioning as the Franchise GM’s trusted right-hand advisor and operational partner.
Identify and secure the most suitable talent to meet the key objectives outlined in the On Demand Hub, which include Affordability, Premium, Channel, RGM X, RTM, and Digital priorities.
Deliver commercial insights and secure approval for all Marketing Campaigns and Pictures of Success, while ensuring their seamless integration into marketing strategies and processes.
Offer strategic commercial expertise to shape and refine Commercial Strategies, including the ABC of Execution, Affordability, and Premium, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and organizational objectives.

To ensure seamless communication, the role involves collaborating with Franchise Leadership to align Commercial and Customer Leadership strategies and capabilities with implementation processes. Additionally, the position will focus on establishing and executing Franchise and Bottling System strategic direction, priorities, and performance metrics in partnership with senior leaders within the Bottler organization.
External stakeholders, including senior leaders of major customers, key advisors, and other relevant parties, are engaged to advance and execute pivotal business development initiatives with precision and effectiveness.
Experience
A decade or more of leadership experience in Commercial, complemented by expertise in Commercial and Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Segmentation, Route to Market, and Negotiation.
Achieved consistent results through meticulous execution and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality outcomes reliably and efficiently.
Strategic and analytical expertise, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing competencies, is essential.
Proficiency in Bottling System/Franchise and/or Commercial operations is considered advantageous.
