A bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Possesses extensive expertise in paint formulations and manufacturing processes, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technical intricacies involved in both domains.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing specifications while spearheading continuous improvement efforts, minimizing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Experienced professionals in production management are sought to oversee team operations and facilitate seamless collaboration with key departments such as procurement, maintenance, warehouse, quality assurance, and supply chain. This role involves directing production teams, optimizing equipment utilization, and ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules to uphold operational efficiency.

Monitoring plant performance involves tracking productivity metrics, downtime occurrences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall operational efficiency. Additionally, this role requires the preparation of detailed production and management reports to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.
