Act as the main technical liaison between our merchants and their technical teams, providing dedicated support throughout the integration process.
Interpret user requirements and articulate solutions to address both business and technical challenges effectively.
Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to educate customers on feasible technical solutions.
Engage in regular communication with users through various channels, including email, telephone, and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or similar applications.
Enhance the clarity, efficiency, and accessibility of both internal and external documentation, as well as related processes, for a diverse range of products.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance existing tools and methodologies, aiming to bolster the efficiency of self-service solutions, the precision of our recommendations, and the overall quality of merchant support.
