Perform routine assessments of uniforms to determine any necessary repairs or replacements.
Oversee the precise and efficient execution of sewing, hemming, resizing, patching, and garment adjustments to meet quality standards and client expectations.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in all tailoring equipment and work areas at all times.
Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and HR departments to manage uniform inventory and ensure compliance with all requirements.
Provide guests with prompt, minor garment alterations or emergency repairs as needed.
Maintain meticulous documentation regarding the distribution, modification, and repair of uniforms.
Maintain the strictest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and outstanding customer service at all times.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team are required. Experience with software development, debugging, and testing methodologies is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a passion for technology are a must.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of tailoring experience, preferably within hospitality or luxury settings.
Proficient in executing garment alterations, conducting precise fittings, and operating industrial sewing machinery with expertise.
