The Senior RPA Developer plays a pivotal technical role, tasked with designing, developing, and sustaining sophisticated Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes and elevate operational efficiency throughout the organization’s insurance divisions, including Life, Pensions, and Medical. This position harnesses RPA platforms and advanced programming skills to implement scalable, dependable, and high-performing automation bots. Responsibilities span RPA development, bot optimization, technical assistance, and corporate governance, while championing a culture of innovation, accuracy, and teamwork.
