Oversee assigned functional duties with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes aligned to organizational objectives.

Install, configure, commission, and maintain microwave radios, LTE/GSM equipment, and additional telecom infrastructure at tower and rooftop sites.

Perform Physical Acceptance Tests (PAT) and comprehensive site quality inspections to evaluate newly installed equipment and infrastructure.

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom equipment to maintain optimal network availability and service standards.

Perform diagnostics and replace malfunctioning radio, transmission, and power equipment on tower and rooftop installations to restore operational functionality.

Support network optimization efforts by conducting drive tests, analyzing signal performance, diagnosing faults, and implementing initiatives to enhance overall system efficiency.

Oversee the ongoing maintenance and technical support for critical electrical power infrastructure, which encompasses rectifiers, battery units, diesel engine generators (DEG), power distribution networks, grounding systems, and site-level electrical protection mechanisms.

Ensure all site electrical installations adhere to established electrical engineering standards and safety regulations through thorough monitoring and inspection.

Perform regular inspections and upkeep of tower and rooftop infrastructure, ensuring thorough rust treatment, verifying earthing system quality, and conducting structural assessments.

Perform comprehensive site evaluations, technical analyses, and feasibility evaluations to support network expansion initiatives and infrastructure enhancements.

Responsible for facilitating the deployment of network upgrades, modernization initiatives, and the introduction of new technologies.

Compile maintenance reports, incident reports, acceptance documentation, and operational records with precision and punctuality.

Offer ongoing oversight, hands-on technical assistance, mentorship, and task delegation to the reporting technician, fostering streamlined field operations while upholding established standards and protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:
Proven expertise in a relevant field with a minimum of [X] years of professional experience. Proficiency in installing, commissioning, and maintaining microwave radio systems and LTE/GSM equipment, supported by practical experience, is essential.

A vendor certification in a pertinent field would be considered a valuable asset.

A solid grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals, including AC/DC power systems, rectifiers, generators, batteries, grounding techniques, and electrical safety protocols, is required.

A current Fall Arrest Certification, valid for a minimum of one additional year, is required for this position.

Hold a recognized certification or have completed formal training in Radio Frequency (RF) Awareness, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, and compliance with Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DISH) regulations.

Physically and medically capable of performing duties at elevated heights and in field environments.
