Depending on the assigned location and the extent of delegated authority, a Driver at this level may undertake the following responsibilities:
Ensures the safe transport of authorized personnel by operating vehicles with diligence and adherence to traffic regulations.
Responsibilities include gathering and transporting mail, documents, and other materials to designated locations.
Facilitates the arrival process by greeting official personnel at the airport and assisting with all necessary immigration and customs procedures.
Handles the routine upkeep of assigned vehicles, including inspections and servicing of critical components such as oil, coolant, battery, brakes, and tires. Performs minor repairs independently and coordinates with external service providers for additional maintenance needs, ensuring the vehicle remains in optimal condition and is consistently presented in a clean state.
Maintains accurate records of official travel, daily mileage, fuel consumption, scheduled oil changes, and required greasing services.
Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations following any accident-related involvement by overseeing the completion of required procedures.
Assists in gathering and evaluating data, compiling findings into clear presentations and reports to facilitate information sharing, address inquiries, support knowledge management initiatives, and aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Supports the development of visualizations and the maintenance of informational resources, including websites and brochures.
Executes additional responsibilities as directed by management, ensuring all tasks align with organizational objectives and priorities.
Education
A high school diploma or its equivalent is a mandatory qualification.
