Maintain a current documentation status tracker organized by country, partner, and submission cycle, ensuring timely updates and actively engaging with country teams to secure any missing or corrected documents within the established turnaround periods.
Ensure prompt submission and resubmission of donor-required documentation by preparing complete submission packages, adhering to established naming and labeling protocols, and assisting in maintaining the 95% approved-expenditure target.
Collaborate with the records management team to oversee the scanning, filing, and labeling of YE FFA supporting documentation, guaranteeing precise retrieval, adherence to archival standards, and a favorable audit outcome for the Program Finance function.
Support Program Finance Officers in the processes of donor resubmission and compliance rectification by drafting and sending follow-up emails to country teams and submitters to facilitate the prompt resolution of outstanding documentation queries.
Key qualifications necessary for this role include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable position. Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, with exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or methodologies is highly desirable, as is the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Recent graduate or current final-year student enrolled in an accounting, finance, or related discipline.
