The Lead Systems Integrator & Developer oversees the complete execution and dependability of the organization’s primary data integrations. This position involves designing and maintaining the data infrastructure for an expanding, multi-campus international school network, serving as the lead designer of the school’s integration backbone by constructing and sustaining automated data flows that link HR, MIS, Library, and Google Workspace platforms. The role encompasses the entire delivery process—from gathering requirements with non-technical stakeholders, through architecture, development, and deployment, to continuous monitoring and documentation.

Experienced in designing, implementing, and sustaining production-grade Python scripts to automate data synchronization across enterprise systems.
Experience in the creation and administration of Zero-Touch onboarding and offboarding workflows between an
MIS and Directory Services proficiency, specifically with Google Workspace or a comparable platform, is required.
Proven expertise in designing, constructing, and deploying API-driven integration bridges to automate previously manual business processes.
Proven capability to shepherd projects from inception to completion, including initial requirements gathering with non-technical stakeholders, followed by deployment, ongoing monitoring, and final documentation delivery.
Experienced in establishing structured logging frameworks, configuring alerting mechanisms, and implementing foundational observability practices for unattended scheduled jobs within production environments.

Post-graduate credentials in Data Engineering or Cloud Architecture, such as the Google Professional Data Engineer or AWS Certified Data Analytics certifications, are required.
Professional credentials in Power BI, Advanced Data Analytics, or Google Workspace are required.
Proficiency in the Kenya Data Protection Act of 2019 is essential.
Professional experience in the K-12 education sector or familiarity with School Management Information Systems (MIS) is required.
