Ensure all hotel uniforms maintain their quality, appearance, and proper fit consistently.
Perform routine evaluations of uniforms to determine any necessities for repair or replacement.
Oversee sewing, hemming, resizing, patching, and garment adjustments with precision and efficiency.
Maintain all tailoring equipment and workspaces in a clean, safe, and orderly manner at all times.
Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and HR teams to manage uniform inventory and ensure compliance with organizational requirements.
Provide guests with prompt assistance for minor garment adjustments or emergency repairs as needed.
Oversee meticulous documentation of uniform distribution, modifications, and restoration work to ensure precise tracking and accountability.
Maintain strict confidentiality, exhibit professionalism, and deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with experience working with databases and cloud platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are required. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is also preferred.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two to three years of tailoring experience, preferably within hospitality or luxury settings.
Proficient in garment alterations, custom fittings, and operating industrial sewing machinery.
