The position requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, along with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related field is required.
A postgraduate qualification, such as an MBA or an M.Sc. in Strategy, along with professional certification in Strategic Management, would be advantageous.
Skilled in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated expertise in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
With a minimum of seven years of experience in business development, including at least four years in a managerial capacity, you will bring a strong foundation to this role.
Proficiency in Sacco operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks will be considered an asset.
