Job Purpose
To carry out Passenger and Light commercial vehicles on Technical and Product Training for Service, Sales and Parts personnel to ensure adequate knowledge is acquired by all.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and Conduct Product and Technical Training for Service, Sales and Parts Department as when required.
Carry out the yearly planned Technical Activities as per laid down calendar.
Carry out Driver Training as and when required.
Carry out Training at Branch and Dealer Level as and when requested.
Offer both physical or remote technical support to all Simba corporation branches, workshops, and dealers in resolving technical issues.
Plan and adequate train Service Advisors, Mechanics and Diagnostic Technical staff.
Plan and Train the Fleet owners and Customers for any requested Technical Training.
Prepare and conduct Training courses for EV-Passenger Cars and Pick-ups for Simba Corp and Customer Teams
Conduct practical training for all service teams in all Simba products
Support the HR and technical team in recruitment process for technical trainees.
Prepare, conduct and supervise technical trainees’ program activities from recruitment to graduation.
Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENT
Academic Qualifications
Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
Pedagogical Training.
Experience
5 years relevant experience in a busy Workshop.
