Serve as the main technical liaison between our organization and merchants, collaborating closely with their technical teams throughout the integration process.
Grasp user specifications and convey how our solutions effectively address their operational and technical hurdles.
Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to educate customers on feasible technical solutions.
Engage with users through email, telephone, and video conferencing platforms like Zoom on a consistent basis.
Enhance the clarity, efficiency, and consistency of both internal and external documentation, as well as the associated processes, for a diverse range of products.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance existing tools and methodologies, thereby improving the efficiency of self-service options, the precision of our recommendations, and the overall quality of service provided to merchants.

Devotion to fulfilling shift-based schedules, which encompass non-traditional working hours, is essential.
A solid grasp of technical systems is required, along with the skill to effectively communicate and apply this understanding assisting merchants.
Extensive background in operations involving diverse switch platforms, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, and Banker/Paying, complemented by hands-on technical experience in banking systems, specifically within payments and card issuance domains.
With a strong sense of curiosity and a proactive mindset, you will collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the organization to provide outstanding support to our merchants.
A strong capacity for independent organization and proactive initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement are essential.
The capacity to cultivate robust connections with both internal and external stakeholders is essential. This role requires skill in building and maintaining meaningful partnerships across teams and organizations. Strong interpersonal abilities are necessary to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with diverse groups.
Proficient in crafting clear, concise written and verbal communications in English.
