Role Summary

As a Corporate Communications and Employer Brand Associate, you will support how we communicate and showcase our story, both internally and externally.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and impactful across channels. You’ll help execute communication initiatives for our global workforce and core teams, while contributing to building a compelling employer brand that attracts, engages, and retains top talent.

You’ll also support partnerships with local communities, universities, and external organizations, leveraging strong networking skills to build and maintain meaningful relationships that strengthen our employer brand presence and talent pipeline.

From supporting internal communications to driving employer brand campaigns, you’ll play a key role in strengthening employee engagement and bringing our culture and values to life.

Responsibilities:

Corporate Communications

Support internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals

Collaborate with leadership to ensure messages are aligned with business objectives and reflect CloudFactory’s mission and values

Draft and support internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and updates

Manage internal communication channels (e.g., CloudFactory Hub, monthly spotlight, Slack, email)

Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand across all communications

Integrate employer branding goals into the broader communication strategy to position CloudFactory as a leading global employer

Employer Branding

Support the execution of employer branding initiatives and campaigns to enhance CloudFactory’s visibility, reputation, and attract and retain top talent

Partner with Talent Acquisition to create compelling recruitment campaigns and engaging content for hiring needs

Develop and execute the content strategy on social media platforms to build brand equity

Contribute to employee advocacy programs and storytelling initiatives

Manage employer brand channels (e.g., Company socials, careers site, Glassdoor, and internal advocacy platforms), ensuring messaging is authentic and aligned with company values

Partnerships & Community Engagement

Support the development and coordination of partnerships with universities, local communities, and external organizations

Build and maintain relationships with partners through effective networking and communication

Assist in planning and executing employer branding activities such as campus engagements, workshops, and events

Help manage communication and coordination with external partners

Track and support initiatives that strengthen the talent pipeline and brand visibility

Content & Campaigns

Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (blogs, social media, videos, testimonials) for internal and external audiences, showcasing culture and employee experience

Plan and execute campaigns for key company moments (hiring drives, events, milestones, awards)

Design engaging banners, infographics, and social media assets using tools like Canva

Ensure content is inclusive, on-brand, and aligned with CloudFactory’s tone and cultural identity

Track performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and align on priorities

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders at multiple levels, ensuring communication needs are met and aligned with company priorities

Coordinate timelines and ensure timely delivery of communication assets

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure messaging consistency across all platforms and audiences

Project Management

Oversee large-scale communication initiatives and employer branding campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field

2–3 years of experience in corporate communications, employer branding, marketing, or related roles

Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills

Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders

Experience managing digital platforms, social media content strategies

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on communication effectiveness

Experience running employee advocacy or engagement programs

Basic design or multimedia content skills (Canva, video editing, etc.)
