Gather, systematically arrange, and meticulously validate financial and business data to facilitate loan evaluations.
Accurately input financial and business data into portfolio management systems to ensure precise record-keeping and operational efficiency.
Monitor loan repayments diligently and initiate follow-up actions via telephone, digital correspondence, or on-site business consultations as needed.
Compile repayment status updates, develop dynamic dashboards, and generate comprehensive portfolio reports.
Maintain meticulously structured digital loan records to facilitate compliance, audit processes, and accurate reporting.
Partner with program teams to deliver strategic business insights while assisting with financial literacy programs.
Offer comprehensive administrative assistance by managing scheduling tasks, such as arranging assessments, meetings, and preparing documentation for investment committee meetings.
Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Minimum of three years of experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey technical concepts effectively. Ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights is a plus. Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
