This position requires a versatile professional who will serve as both a video editor and videographer, tasked with creating high-caliber video content for One Acre Fund’s training initiatives, marketing efforts, fundraising drives, and brand promotions. All content will center on amplifying impact for farmers, with a particular emphasis on youth and women. The role demands a blend of storytelling expertise, social behavior change strategies, and marketing acumen to help One Acre Fund effectively convey compelling narratives of impact. Your primary objective will be to document farmer stories that vividly illustrate the transformative effects of One Acre Fund’s work, both at the individual level and across generations.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance monitoring. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain high standards of quality.
