Harley’s Limited is in search of a proactive and outcome-focused Marketing Executive to bolster its business operations in East Africa. The successful applicant must demonstrate relevant experience in marketing, brand management, product launches, and market coordination, with a preference for candidates from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or FMCG industries.

Oversee the full spectrum of responsibilities associated with this position, ensuring all duties are executed with precision and adherence to established standards. Support product launches throughout East Africa by collaborating with Head Office Marketing and regional teams. Assist in executing brand strategies, creating promotional content, and tracking brand performance to ensure compliance with business goals and regulatory standards.

Execute marketing campaigns and engagement initiatives aimed at healthcare professionals, institutions, and trade partners. Track and analyze campaign performance, gather market feedback, and deliver data-driven insights to drive ongoing enhancements.

Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and suppliers to guarantee the punctual creation and distribution of marketing materials. Ensure strict adherence to cost management, documentation requirements, and quality benchmarks across every marketing initiative.

Market research and competitive intelligence activities involve conducting thorough market analyses and systematically tracking competitor actions, pricing patterns, and emerging market trends. The role requires producing insightful reports and actionable insights that inform brand strategy, guide commercial planning efforts, and drive sustainable business expansion.

Business Analytics: Develop, manage, and update executive reports, interactive dashboards, and in-depth performance analyses focused on sales performance, marketing campaigns, procurement bids, and industry trends. Deliver precise and prompt reporting facilitating well-informed business decisions.

Provide administrative and operational support for tender processes and public institution engagements by coordinating documentation, schedules, and input from various departments. Organize and maintain tender documentation while assisting in the preparation of submissions, product dossiers, and institutional presentations.

Cross-functional collaboration is essential, requiring engagement with sales, regulatory, supply chain, finance, distributors, and Head Office Marketing teams to advance key business initiatives. Your role will involve delivering market insights, facilitating training efforts, and ensuring the effective execution of marketing and commercial strategies.
