You will manage the systematic organization and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing electronic documents, faxes, claims, and other related materials. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring the seamless flow of these documents while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established procedures.
Responsibilities include accurately logging claims into Intake and processing systems as they are received.
Responsibilities include conducting firsthand examination, processing, and verification of claims to facilitate accurate payments.
Responsible for organizing and categorizing data within our Claims Smart Indexing System to ensure efficient file management.
Electronic transmission of received claims to the respective platforms and business operating branches is required.
Responsible for efficiently managing and prioritizing provider claims, inquiries, and GOP requests within the Salesforce platform.
The position involves processing and overseeing Intake provider claims, in addition to handling other departmental responsibilities, all within established turnaround timeframes.
Overseeing the various channels utilized for claims submission.
Performs miscellaneous duties and additional responsibilities as assigned.
