As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will oversee customer-facing teams and spearhead efforts to secure business in the rotating equipment service sector. Your role involves crafting a strategic vision for key markets at the product line level, with a forward-thinking approach, and guiding the development of business growth initiatives tailored to these markets.

As a Senior Sales Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement, managing key accounts, and leading high-impact sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives while mentoring junior sales staff to enhance team performance. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to optimize sales processes and achieve revenue targets. Strong leadership, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales leadership are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include promoting and selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within Sub-Saharan Africa, a designated geographic region.

Performing comprehensive technical assessments and customizing sales methodologies to align with specific client requirements.

When formulating proposals alongside the commercial team, it is essential to evaluate technical feasibility, economic viability, logistical feasibility, and financial implications to ensure informed and effective decision-making.

Overseeing key client relationships within the business unit is a primary responsibility of this role.

We oversee the coordination and leadership of commercial and application teams, fostering collaboration with key departments including engineering, legal, risk management, and finance.

For this position to be fulfilled successfully, you will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with French proficiency strongly preferred.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree awarded by a regionally accredited institution of higher education.

With a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in Sales, you bring valuable expertise to the role.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Exhibit outstanding abilities in interpersonal relations and leadership.

Demonstrated proficiency in identifying issues, evaluating potential solutions, and implementing effective resolutions to address challenges efficiently.

Demonstrate a strong history of successfully directing programs and projects to fruition.

Able to effectively document, strategize, promote, and implement programs with precision and professionalism.

Travel requirements include regular out-of-state assignments, necessitating approximately 50% of the time spent away from the primary location.
