You will oversee the systematic organization and accurate processing of electronic documents, faxes, claims, and other correspondence as they are received and dispatched. Key responsibilities involve maintaining a streamlined workflow to ensure timely and precise handling of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Responsible for logging and recording claims in Intake and processing systems.
We meticulously review, evaluate, and process claims to ensure accurate and timely payments.
File organization and categorization of data within our Claims Smart Indexing System are essential responsibilities.
The system must facilitate the seamless electronic transmission of received claims to multiple platforms and Bobs.
Triaging the submission and resolution of provider claims, queries, and GOP requests within the Salesforce platform.
Responsible for processing and organizing Intake provider claims as well as handling additional departmental responsibilities within the designated turnaround times (TAT’s).
Managing the various channels through which claims are submitted.
Additionally, other duties may be assigned as needed.
