Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A proven track record of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines is highly desirable, as is the ability to adapt to evolving project demands and priorities.

A PhD degree from an accredited university is required.

A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible academic and administrative experience in higher education is required, including at least five years in a senior management capacity.

The candidate must demonstrate an exceptional history of teaching, research, publications, and postgraduate supervision.

Proven experience in leading academic administration initiatives, facilitating strategic planning processes, and driving institutional development efforts.

Demonstrated expertise in securing resources, cultivating strategic partnerships, and fostering meaningful stakeholder relationships.
