We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Prior experience in project management or a related discipline is highly desirable.
Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Harm) are required for this role.
Registered and in good standing with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board, holding a current and valid practicing license.
Preferred experience includes at least three years in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and drafting reports. Demonstrated project management experience, ensuring timely completion of deliverables while adhering to budget constraints. Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking to address complex challenges. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail. Prior experience in team collaboration to achieve shared objectives. Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools as required by the role.
