Position Summary

We seek a meticulous and driven Field Sales Representative to spearhead product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position entails cultivating enduring client connections, advocating premium products to medical facilities, and collaborating with dental professionals to elevate sales within the dental supplies sector.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize workflows and enhance productivity across departments. Collaborate with senior management to align projects with long-term business goals, fostering cross-functional synergy and accountability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making. Lead initiatives that promote innovation, cost reduction, and continuous process improvement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

We engage in proactive outreach to market and distribute a broad portfolio of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental practices, hospitals, and various healthcare institutions.

Proactively identify and cultivate new business prospects by conducting field visits, leveraging referrals, and attending industry events.

Develop and nurture enduring professional connections with dental professionals and critical stakeholders.

Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and tailored training sessions to ensure clients gain a thorough understanding of proper usage, key benefits, and essential maintenance practices.

Track and analyze competitor actions, pricing strategies, and developing trends within the dental supplies industry to compile comprehensive reports.

Partner with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to guarantee punctual deliveries and outstanding client service.

To consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals while driving revenue growth.

Diligent record-keeping is essential to document sales activities, track customer engagements, and capture key market intelligence.

Seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks is preferred. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments and possess a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.

We seek candidates with at least three years of demonstrated sales expertise specifically within the dental or medical supplies sector.

Proficiency in dental equipment and products is strongly preferred.

Dynamic professionals with exceptional proficiency in delivering compelling presentations, engaging in strategic negotiations, and fostering productive interpersonal relationships.

Demonstrates strong expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Extensive travel within the designated territory is a requirement.
