We ensure the timely completion and submission of all required project deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy throughout. Our responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary inputs, monitoring progress against milestones, and addressing any issues that may arise to prevent delays. Additionally, we conduct thorough reviews to verify that deliverables meet specified requirements and client expectations before final submission.

The inception report will involve a comprehensive desk review, followed by the development of an action plan to outline key next steps and priorities.

Conducted a thorough Needs Assessment Report to identify critical gaps, establish key priorities, and evaluate sustainable solutions for long-term implementation.

Experts are needed to design adaptable, scalable frameworks suitable for Kenya and additional ENI nations.

Prepare and deliver a comprehensive stakeholder validation presentation to ensure alignment and gather feedback on key project deliverables.

Proposal integration involves incorporating Kenya Tox and Poisoning Emergencies with detailed budget considerations.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of proven experience in a relevant field, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment. The ideal applicant should demonstrate adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies, as well as a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A master’s degree in public health, statistics, or health systems research is required.

A minimum of three years of practical experience in the relevant field is required.

Proficient in navigating PHC systems and policy frameworks with a comprehensive understanding of their operational principles.

Proficiency in South-Eastern Kenya counties, specifically Kit, Thar aka Nit hi, and Menu, is required.

Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, analytical capabilities, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and effective communication skills is essential.
