This role serves as an entry-level professional accounting position, where the incumbent applies accounting principles to specialized records and reports while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and assisting in the preparation of essential financial reports.

Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Manages a team of employees, delegating tasks and providing guidance to foster professional growth and collaboration. Monitors performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implements strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to align goals and streamline processes. Ensures compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols to mitigate risks. Maintains accurate records, reports, and documentation for auditing and decision-making purposes.

Compiling journal entries and making necessary adjustments for financial records are required tasks.

Initiating routine maintenance of general ledger files, performing account reconciliations and reviews, and resolving outstanding ledger discrepancies are essential duties.

Preparing a range of financial estimates and expense reports is a key responsibility.

Supporting and mentoring priesthood leaders and junior accountants through training and guidance.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with three or more years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, as is a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with web development frameworks, databases, and cloud services is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
