Minimum three years of experience in animal feed sales or a comparable agricultural sales setting is required, with a proven track record in the field considered essential.

With a strong background in field sales, adeptness in Route-to-Market (RTM) implementation, and proven expertise in territory management, candidates will bring valuable experience to the role.

Professionals with a proven track record in collaborating with agricultural producers, agricultural input suppliers, wholesalers, and key participants across the livestock supply chain are encouraged to apply.

Demonstrated expertise in fostering indirect revenue streams, overseeing receivables, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

A valid driving license is a beneficial qualification for this role.

Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of performance across all assigned duties. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, fostering innovation and efficiency in workflows. Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and implement strategic adjustments to optimize results while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalated issues to uphold operational excellence. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support the broader mission and enhance overall productivity.

Sales Growth & Territory Management: Spearhead revenue expansion, meet defined territory objectives, cultivate key customer partnerships, and enhance market presence by conducting strategic field sales initiatives.

Execute route-to-market strategies with precision, guaranteeing product accessibility while cultivating strong distributor relationships and driving secondary sales growth within designated territories.

Develop and sustain robust partnerships with farmers, ago-dealers, distributors, and other pivotal stakeholders across the livestock value chain to foster meaningful and long-lasting relationships.

Collect market intelligence and oversee collections in accordance with established company policies, while tracking competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and ensuring the accuracy of sales records and reports.
